I’m Andrew Chachula

I love helping premium brands and high-end retailers make the best strategic and legal decisions so they can grow profitably and sustainably to meet their unique business goals.
Before founding Chachula Strategy, I practiced law at leading Canadian firms, advising clients in beauty, personal care, fashion, footwear, food, technology, and manufacturing on business strategy, regulatory compliance, commercial law, litigation, and ESG matters.
I also have a background in sustainability and ESG where I’ve helped brands develop sustainability programs and integrate ESG metrics across their organizations to track and improve performance.
My combined legal, business, and sustainability experience gives me a unique ability to understand and communicate across a brand’s entire operations and collaborate with team members from diverse and interdisciplinary backgrounds to help create transformative outcomes.
I hold an MBA (Schulich School of Business), a JD (University of Ottawa), a Master’s in Environment and Sustainability, and a BA in Philosophy (Western University). I’m Called to the Bar in Ontario.
